TERMS
We accept Amazon POs through COUPA, our Supplier Info is: SPORT PINS INTERNATIONAL INC:AMAZON PAYMENTS:GOODS(LK68U). Otherwise, our terms are 50% advance deposit with balance due on delivery. We accept checks, money orders, Purchase Orders and most major credit cards.
PRODUCTION TIME
Production time is usually two to four weeks from the date of art approval, plus shipping to your location, depending on the type of product ordered. Special orders may take longer due to the complexity of the design or special features.
RUSH SERVICES
We will, for an additional charge, produce an order in less than normal production time. Charges and availability vary, depending on item, involved, current workload, and production. If you require rush service, please advise us.
OVER/UNDERRUNS
When ordering bumper stickers, decals, magnets, or static cling's, please note a shipment of 5% over/under the quantity ordered will constitute a complete order. We do not charge extra for overruns, and we will subtract under runs from your final invoice.
RE-ORDERS
There is no die charge on re-orders, if reordered within two years of original order, and unless the details of your artwork have changed. Re-orders take about two to three weeks to produce.
STANDARD SHIPPING
We ship UPS ground freight, unless special instructions are given when placing your order. Upgraded an overnight services are available for extra cost.
F.O.B. POINT
Unless otherwise noted, all products are F.O.B. Our Upland, California warehouse.
ARTWORK REQUIREMENTS
We prefer vectored artwork, which allows us to adjust the image as necessary. We accept Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop files (Photoshop files are not vectored, please attach the files used in Photoshop.
Please create outlines to paths for the fonts.
Save files in the following formats: AI, EPS, PDF, PNG GIF or TIFF.
JPEG images are only acceptable if they are high resolution. Please do not send Microsoft Word, Excel or Publisher files, or images downloaded from websites as they are poor quality.
Please compress (ZIP) large files before sending.
